Regulation I Międzynarodowego Kongresu Polskiego Towarzystwa Ginekologii Plastycznej "Ginekologia Estetyczna i Funkcjonalna" 13–14 września 2024
These Regulations define the principles of organisation by Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologii Plastycznej Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer, of the 1st International Congress of the Polish Society of Plastic Gynecology “Aesthetic and Functional Gynecology”, which will be held from 13 to 14 September 2024, hereinafter referred to as the Congress.
The organizer of the Congress is the Polish Society of Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologii Plastycznej Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin at ul. Mazurska 7/4 code: 70-424 Szczecin; entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Szczecin Centrum in Szczecin, XIII Commercial Division - National Court Register under number KRS 0001068766 o NIP: 8513302526 and REGON number: 52692137100000.

The congress will be organized in the form of: theoretical lecture, interactive lecture, lecture with practical workshops,
The Congress will be held in Warsaw at Airport Hotel Okęcie at ul. KOR 24. The place of training and the size of the training groups are selected according to the formula and theme of the Congress.
A participant in the Congress may be a person practicing the medical profession (doctor, midwife, person practicing the medical profession) and who expresses his desire to participate in the Congress in written form, by e-mail, online application.
The call for participants is open. Information about trainings is distributed in a nationwide format in the form of announcements, mailings to subscribers or personal invitations by electronic or traditional mail.
Participation in the training is determined by the order of payments (according to the date of posting the deposit to the account by the organizer).
Conditions for participation in the Congress:
a) Registration of the Participant of the training by completing the purchase of the ticket located on the website: congress.ptgp.eu
b) Payment at the latest 10 days before the date of the training.
Congress participants have the right to:
a) Receive educational materials related to the content of the Congress;
b) Receiving a diploma confirming participation in the Congress and the number of educational points awarded.
Resignation from participation in Congress
a) Cancellation of participation in the Congress is possible after sending a written statement to the organizer of the training, who issued the invoice for participation in the training, no later than 20 days before the date of the training. In this case, a handling fee of PLN 250 will be charged. Resignation less than 20 days before the start of the training involves the full cost of the Congress.
Fees for participation in Congress
Participation in Masterclass on 13 September 2024 and in Congress on 14 September 2024 — €1000
Participation on 13 September 2024 during lectures and procedures conducted as Masterclass - €750
Participation on 14 September 2024 during lectures — €380. The price is valid until 30.06.2024. Next pool — €500
Fees can be made through the ticket purchase system on the website kongres.ptpg.eu. Available forms of payment: this is a transfer, card, blik.
The fee for attending the congress does not apply to overnight stays. Each participant books the hotel individually. On the site kongres.ptgp.eu information is provided on how to book a room in Airport Hotel Okęcie at a discount.
The participants of the Congress are obliged to:
a) Registration under the conditions resulting from these Regulations with the indication of name, surname, method of effective contact and number of the right to practice the profession (applies to doctors and persons practicing the medical profession);
b) To inform about the change of the data provided in the Form during the purchase of the ticket;
c) To inform about the withdrawal from participation in the Congress;
d) To confirm their presence at the reception point of the Congress by signing on the attendance list.
e) A document confirming participation in the Congress will be sent by e-mail.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions shall be tantamount to:
giving consent to the processing of data by Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologii Plastycznej Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin at ul. Mazurska 7/4 in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926 from later. Amendment) to the extent operated by the Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologii Plastycznej Sp. z o.o. and in accordance with the Act of 18.07.2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204) on the provision of services by electronic means, which entered into force on 10.03.2003.
by agreeing to the inclusion of data in the address database of Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologii Plastycznej Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin at ul. Mazurska 7/4, retaining the right to inspect, correct or delete them.
by agreeing to receive by e-mail information on further trainings organized by Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologii Plastycznej Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin at ul Mazurska 7/4,
agreeing to record and take pictures during trainings organized by Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologii Plastycznej Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company with its registered office in Szczecin at ul Mazurska 7/4, and thus to the publication of the image on websites owned by Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologii Plastycznej Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company with its registered office in Szczecin at ul Mazurska 7/4, social media and in materials promoting trainings organized by Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologii Plastycznej Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin at ul Mazurska 7/4.
The organizer confirms the completion of the training of the participant by issuing him a document confirming the participation and passing of the training.
The organizer charges a fee for participation in the training according to the current prices posted on the website: kongres.ptgp.eu
The Organizer reserves the right to change the date or cancel the Congress. In this case, the fees are refunded in full without the right to demand additional compensation. At the same time, the Organizer will make every effort to ensure that the date of the Congress remains unchanged.
Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologii Plastycznej Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin at ul. Mazurska 7/4, declares that it is the owner of the website kongres.ptgp.eu. This page is used to purchase tickets to attend the Congress.

The most important elements of the system of protection of personal data of users include:
Access to the user's personal data is available only to those employees or collaborators of Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologii Plastycznej Sp. z o.o. who have been authorized to process personal data to the appropriate extent and are obliged to keep personal data confidential and ways of securing them or have been additionally trained in accordance with the personal data security policy.
The IT system of Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologii Plastycznej Sp. z o.o. meets all standards of personal data protection. For the protection of users' personal data, technical and organizational measures have been used to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in the regulations on the protection of personal data, including the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and the technical and organizational conditions to be met by the devices and IT systems used for processing personal data (Journal of Laws 2004, No. 100, item 1024, as amended. changes) and guidelines The Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
